Us
Julia and Eileen met
professionally in 1999 when both were working in solo practice in their
respective fields. While utilizing each other's services to further
enhance their own levels of well being, they found they shared many of
the same values and core beliefs. A relationship of mutual trust and
respect ensued. Julia and Eileen soon began entertaining the idea of one
day combining their unique talents and diverse services in one location.
This opportunity arrived in 2004, and Healing Insights was founded.

Julia is a
Holistic Health Practitioner with a degree in Naturology.
Naturology concerns the study of nature as it applies to the
health of humankind. A Naturologist is a trained
practitioner who educates clients in healthy lifestyle
practices to balance their lives. The Naturologist uses
nothing artificial and fully embraces the physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual concepts of health.

lifestyle preferences. Her goal is to motivate you and
expose you to holistic knowledge and techniques which
promote health and well being. She will work with you as an
individual or in conjunction with your health care
practitioner(s).
Julia's
interest in holistic health was prompted by her personal
health concerns, which she resolved by embracing the
principles she now promotes. Her experience allows her to
compassionately work with her clients in their quest to be
and feel well.

Empowering others is Eileen's
forte. She developed an interest in her field while teaching
junior high school in St. Louis, Missouri some 25 years ago.
Seeing the unlimited possibilities in her students awakened her
to the unlimited potential in people of all ages. After
finishing her Masters level education, Eileen became an
independent scholar in human development and furthered her
education with certification in numerous programs. She has
worked with business owners, managers, employees, parents,
teachers, school counselors and clergy to unlock their potential
and reach goals never dreamed possible.
